Sariah Grace
Sariah Grace, Founder, and Executive Director of Black, Young and Empowered (B.Y.E.), embarked on an incredible journey driven by her unwavering passion to empower Black youth and transform their lives. Having experienced firsthand the challenges and disparities faced by Black youth in underserved communities, Sariah was determined to create a platform that would equip them with the tools and resources needed to thrive and become successful, well-rounded adults.
With a powerful vision in mind, Sariah founded B.Y.E. with a mission to open doors of opportunity for Black youth, helping them prosper academically, professionally, and personally. Her dedication to changing the narrative surrounding Black youth and facilitating generational growth sets the foundation for B.Y.E.'s transformative programs.
Prior to creating B.Y.E., Sariah Grace had extensive experience working within the foster care system, witnessing the immense need for comprehensive support for at-risk youth. As a Black mother herself, she intimately understands the unique challenges that Black youth face in America today and is committed to breaking down barriers, providing mentorship, and empowering them mentally to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
With her powerful leadership and unwavering determination, Sariah Grace continues to guide B.Y.E. in its mission to create a brighter future for Black youth, fostering resilience, confidence, and success. Through B.Y.E.'s innovative programs, Sariah is forging a path towards a more equitable and prosperous world for all, one where Black youth can flourish and make a lasting positive impact on their communities and beyond.
